BOX 40112-00100 Nairobi (together with its assignees and successors) of the one part, and the Governing Council of the National Crime Research Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “the Council”), a State Corporation having its registered office at ACK Garden Annex, Ground floor (together with its assignees and successors) of P.O. BOX 21180-00100, Nairobi of the other part.
