This Agreement is made and entered into as of Monday, March 16, 2015, by and between Crowne Plaza Madison (hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”) and Wisconsin Blaze (hereinafter referred to as “Group”). Group agrees that the terms of this Agreement are based upon the information provided by Wisconsin Blaze below. In the event that the information provided by Group materially changes or is incorrect, then this Agreement may be terminated pursuant to Section 5.
