Shinjuku Japanese Language Institute Online Japanese Course (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is a service operated by Ezoe Educational Foundation Shinjuku Japanese Language Institute (hereinafter referred to as "SNG") to provide non-native Japanese speakers with online Japanese language lessons. These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") set forth agreements regarding the Service in general between persons who wish to apply to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants") and users who have applied to register with SNG and whose registration has been approved by SNG (hereinafter referred to as "Participants" regardless of whether they are individuals or corporations) (Applicants and Participants shall be hereinafter collectively referred to as "Participants etc.") on one hand, and SNG on the other hand.
