In consideration of the premium, we agree with you if there is a Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment occurring during the Period of Coverage to the Insured Equipment as defined herein, while the Insured Equipment is at a location specified in the Declarations and subject to all the terms, provisions and conditions (including Statutory Conditions) of the policy, except as they may be varied herein, and to the Declarations, Exclusions and Conditions applicable to this Endorsement, as follows:
