This AMENDMENT effective April 1st, 2021 hereby Amends the existing Line of Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) previously entered into as of and effective on the 1st day of November, 2018, and attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between the City of Perham, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, hereafter the “City” and Perham Lakeside Golf Association, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter “PLCC” with the intent for such Amendment to be binding upon the heirs, and successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and which amends the prior Agreement only as set forth herein and which specifically excepts the Line of Credit Agreement currently in place between the City and PLCC.
