THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (“Receiving Agency” or the “System Agency”) and TEXAS JUVENILE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, State Agency Number 644 (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract Texas Juvenile Correctional Facility Program to provide High, Moderate and Low Need Residential substance use disorder (SUD) services to adolescents reprimanded into juvenile correctional facilities within Texas (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
