This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date of execution of the Order Form by the Customer (the “Effective Date”) which also binds the Customer to and incorporates the terms and conditions of this Agreement with Agilyx Pty Ltd ACN 091 232 156 of 202/19 Harris St Pyrmont 2009 New South Wales (“Agilyx”), and the entity that is the signatory to the relevant Order Form (“Customer”).
