A Working Agreement will be drawn up at the start of each academic year outlining the behaviour expected of the young people on the STEPS programme. This Working Agreement will be drawn up in the course of discussions with the young people and will include items proposed, discussed and agreed upon by the young people as well as certain permanent items which will also be discussed with the young people in order to establish “ownership” of the whole Working Agreement by all concerned.
