DOG ADOPTION CONTRACTDog Adoption Contract • January 27th, 2020
This Adoption Contract between Town & Country Humane Society (“TCHS”) and Adopter, for the Adoption of Animal, is effective on the date of this signing. This contract releases TCHS from all claims of personal or property injury to the Adopter caused by the Animal. The Adopter acknowledges and understands that he/she is solely responsible for the welfare of the Animal, and the Animal is not being adopted for another person. In the event that inaccurate or false information was given to TCHS in connection with this Adoption, or the terms of this contract are not strictly adhered to, the contract will be immediately terminated and the Animal will be immediately seized by TCHS.
