This Support Agreement governs the provision of support services by Business Objects (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ( “BOBJ” ) as further defined herein (“SAP Standard Support”) for all Software licensed by Licensee upon the effective date of this Support Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “SAP Standard Support Solutions”), excluding Software to which special support agreements apply.
