Notice is hereby given that effective August 20, 2013, the Interconnection Agreement among the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”), New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (“NYSEG”), and AES ES Westover, LLC, designated as Service Agreement No. 1677 under the NYISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff, effective December 9, 2010, subsequently amended and restated, effective December 26, 2012, and filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by the NYISO and NYSEG in Docket No. ER13-789-000, is to be terminated.
