THIRD EXTENSION AGREEMENTThird Extension Agreement • June 14th, 2024
The deadline for Lessor to amend or terminate that certain Lease, by and between the Town of Chilmark, Up-Island Regional School District, Martha’s Vineyard Office of the Superintendent of Schools, and Friends of the Chilmark Pre-School, Inc., dated January 23, 2024 (the “Lease”), set forth in Paragraph 27 of the Lease, is hereby extended until , 2024. In all other respects, the Lease is hereby ratified and confirmed. The parties hereby agree that this Extension Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original document but shall together constitute one and the same agreement, and a Docusigned or other electronic version of any party’s signature shall be accepted as the original thereof. This Extension Agreement is intended to take effect as a sealed instrument.
