This Reuse Authorization Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Washington County Water Conservancy District, a water conservancy district organized and existing under the Utah Water Conservancy District Act (“WCWCD”) and [City’s Name], a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”).
