The Parties enter into the following Class Action Settlement Agreement and Stipulation (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”). This Settlement Agreement is entered into by and among BRITTANY FOLCHI and ANTONIO AKINS, the Named Plaintiffs, in their individual capacities and on behalf of the class defined in this Agreement (the “Class”), and AUTOVEST, LLC, the Defendant (“Autovest”), who collectively shall be known herein as the “Parties,” as more fully defined below. This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally and forever resolve, discharge and settle all claims released herein on behalf of the Named Plaintiffs and the entire class, upon and subject to the approval of the Court and the terms and conditions herein.
