This service agreement is entered into on the date noted on the Cache Concrete Bid (hereinafter the “Effective Date” and the “Bid” respectively), between Cache Concrete Sealing, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, with offices located at 463 Von’s Way Dr. Providence, UT 84332 (hereinafter “Cache Concrete”), and Customer located at the address noted on the Bid (hereinafter “Customer”) (Cache Concrete together with Customer, hereinafter the “Parties”, and each a “Party”) for certain concrete-related work and other services as further described below (hereinafter the “Agreement”; the Agreement incorporates all terms in this document and in the Bid).
