Hoyuan Solar (Wuxi) Co, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hoyuan Solar) provides the limited warranty to purchasers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") of Hoyuan Solar crystalline PY modules (hereinafter referred to as "Modules" or "Products"). Unless otherwise agreed in written by the Parties, the Limited Warranty shall apply to Hoyuan Solar Crystalline PV modules manufactured or supplied after the Effective Date specified herein.
