THIS AGREEMENT (hereafter Agreement) is made by and between the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District, a special district of the County of Santa Barbara (hereafter DISTRICT) and Tyler Technologies, Inc. with an address at One Tyler Drive, Yarmouth, ME 04096 (hereafter CONTRACTOR) wherein CONTRACTOR agrees to provide and DISTRICT agrees to accept the services specified herein.
