Scardino, Chester J. Walczyk, Robert Polansky, Joseph F. Taylor, David Birsner, Keith S. Hynes, Philip J. Magnarella, and Salvatore A. Patafio (collectively referred to as the “CRM Individuals”), and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. The CRM Individuals and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board are each referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
