THIS SUBAWARD CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "County", and City of Lincoln (Lincoln Police Department), hereinafter referred to as "Subrecipient." Collectively the County and the Subrecipient may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
