The Purchaser, with intent and so as to bind the Lot into the hands of whomsoever it may come and to benefit and protect the other proprietors of land forming part of the Development and all parts of it as a building scheme, covenants with the Vendor that the Purchaser and his successors in title will, at all times, observe and perform the following stipulations and restrictions, in relation to the Lot.
