THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2017, by and between the Association of Bay Area Governments, (ABAG), a Council of Governments established by agreement among its members pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act, California Government Code §§ 6500, et seq. and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), a regional transportation planning agency established pursuant to California Government Code § 66500.
