This MASTER CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT is effective as of the date identified in the Order and is entered into by and between Qualys, Inc. (“Qualys”) and Customer as identified in an Order (the Ordering Activity) placed with a Qualys Reseller and any Affiliate that issues or accepts an Order (“Customer”), and includes the Master Terms and Conditions set forth below, any other attachment hereto, the Service Descriptions (as defined below), and each accepted Order, as defined below, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of and access to the Qualys services, hardware and software (collectively, the “Cloud Services”), whether Customer purchases directly from Qualys or from an authorized Qualys Reseller (“Reseller”). Qualys and Customer may also be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively, as the “Parties” throughout this Agreement. An “Affiliate” of a Party to this Agreement means any entity
