This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you, individually if acting in your personal capacity, or your business entity which you represent, as applicable (“You”) and Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”). By using the HDK or installing, downloading, copying or otherwise using any of the Documentation, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement you may not use the HDK or Documentation, in whole or in part.
