This Turnkey Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by and between INSERT NAME OF VENDOR, a SPECIFY STATE OF INCORPORATION corporation having its principal place of business at SPECIFY BUSINESS ADDRESS (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services having its principal place of business at 301 North Lamar Street, Suite 508, Jackson, Mississippi 39201 (hereinafter referred to as “ITS”), as contracting agent for INSERT NAME OF PURCHASER located at SPECIFY ADDRESS FOR PURCHASER (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”). ITS and Purchaser are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “State”.
