THIS AGREEMENT made this 1 day of July, 2019 by and between the TOWN of Hubbardston, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of Massachusetts and having a usual place of business at 7A Main Street, Unit 3, Hubbardston MA, hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”, and Regional Resource Group, Inc. of Leominster, MA, hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”.
