AGREEMENT dated November 23 , 2005 , between t he MIN IST RY OF HEALTH OF IRAQ (the “Recipient” and this term shall include any successor to the Recipient) and INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, acting as administrator (the “Administrator”) of grant funds (the “Grant Funds”) contributed by various donors (collectively the “Donors”) to the World Bank Iraq Trust Fund (“ITF ”).
