On June 24, 2004, your Board approved an agreement with Remediation Risk Management Inc., for soil and ground water testing and analysis at the Fleet Services at 691 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz. The contract inadvertently included an end date of June 30,2004. It is now necessary to extend the termination date of the agreement to June 30,2005. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain the same.
