The Contractor is engaged to provide the Services to PAG in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The Contractor nominates the person specified in the Specifications or such other person as PAG may agree from time to time (“Nominee”) to provide the Services on the Contractor’s behalf. The Nominee will represent and act as agent for the Contractor. The parties confirm that they have read, understand and agree to the Specifications and the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
