Requests for change in posted time schedules must be submitted in writing to Co-ordinator or designee and by the nurse willing to exchange days or tours of duty. It is understood that such change a tour of duty initiated by the nurse and approved by the Hospital shall not result overtime payment to any of the nurses affected by such changes. Such change shall not be unreasonably withheld.
