THIS AGREEMENT, entered in to this 2nd day of April 2018 for the management and operation of Couch Park Municipal Pool between the City of Stillwater, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Stillwater” and The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, Stillwater YMCA Center, hereinafter referred to as “YMCA,”
