THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of January, 2019, by and between the Moorhead Economic Development Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “MEDA” and the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation, a non-profit corporation, qualified to do business in the State of North Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the “EDC”.
