THIS CHAPTER 380 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (" Agreement") is entered into as of this day of 2022 by and between the CITY OF JOSHUA, TEXAS, a home rule city of the State of Texas ("the City"). and FAIRMOUNT OUTDOOR ADVERTISING, INC., a Texas company ("the Company"). Collectively, the City and the Company may be referred to as "Parties” and individually as a "Party," acting by and through their respective authorized officers.
