On behalf of your preceptor, we welcome you to our environment. During the term of your observership, the highest level of professionalism is not only expected of you, it is absolutely required. Accordingly, the conditions set forth in this agreement must be adhered to at all times. Non-compliance will cause immediate dismissal and no possibility of returning for future observerships
