This Agreement for the Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Indoor Soccer Arena (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of February 2007, by and between the CAJON VALLEY UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”), a school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the SAN DIEGO SOCCER ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Association”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation. The District and Association may sometimes be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
