This Terms of Service and Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) explains how the services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.swapyourtime.com (the “Site”) work and how you can use them. The term “Swap Your Time” incorporates in its entirety the corporate group that owns and operates the Site, including all subsidiaries, affiliates and agents. Please read the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, as amended or modified from time to time. This Agreement is effective with respect to any user of the Site when that user registers on the Site and logs in, and by downloading and using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions defined in this Agreement. The term “user” means a person, company or legal entity who registers to use the Site.
