This Cooperative Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Maine Department of Transportation, an agency of state government with its headquarters located at 24 Child Street, Augusta, Maine (“MaineDOT”) and the Town of Gray, a municipal corporation with its principal administrative offices located at 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine 04039 (the “Municipality”) (MaineDOT and the Municipality are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or sometimes a “Party”).
