If a justifiable reason (to be determined by Mr. York and Principal) should come up for me to leave my place of employment, I first should consult with Mr.York prior to making any decisions. If it is agreed that I may leave my job, I must give my current employer a 2-week notice AND have a new job ready to start at the end of the 2-week period.
