This MOU incorporates by reference all dual enrollment requirements defined in the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and VC accreditation requirements established by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Appendix A provides a detailed table defining the roles and responsibilities. VC is focused on student success and will work with the high school persotmel to select courses that guarantee completion ofdegree and/or certificate and transferability to Texas public four-year institutions.
