A request has been received from NV Energy to enter into an agreement for access to an equipment easement at Gene Ward Elementary School. Clark County School District is replacing the existing school at Gene Ward Elementary School, known as the “Building.” As part of the construction, Clark County School District will build and maintain certain electrical facilities inside, on, under, and through the “Building” and an electric meter room, which NV Energy requests to have direct outside access on a 24-hour basis.
