Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or limited liability company (“Proposer”) wishing to submit a Proposal to operate this Passenger Lounge Concession (the “Concession”) located in the South Terminal Complex at Orlando International Airport ("Airport") pursuant to the STC Passenger Lounge Concession Agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) (Volume A, Item II) must complete this form in full. This Eligibility and Proposal Form should be completed by the Proposer and, unless otherwise directed, each question shall be answered with respect to the Proposer. This Eligibility and Proposal Form is provided in a writable format and must be completed, executed and electronically submitted as the original document constituting your Proposal.
