This Online Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your use of our Internet Banking Service, including Mobile Banking (collectively the "Internet Service"), which permits you to access your accounts with us via the Internet or mobile device for services selected by you and agreed upon by us. In this Agreement, the terms "you" and "your" refer to each depositor on an account accessible by Internet Service, and the terms "us," "we," and "our" refer to Denmark State Bank. Your use of the Internet Service with any device, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, computers, or related devices, is covered by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
