This is an agreement between YACHT BASIN CORPORATION, d.b.a. Yacht Basin Marina, a Michigan Corporation and YACHT BASIN PARTNERS, LLC, or their successors, located at 1862 Ottawa Beach Rd, Holland, Michigan, 49424 ("Marina"), and the vessel Owner (“Owner”).
