This addendum (“Addendum”) modifies the End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) between User and Intergraph Corporation doing business as Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure (“Hexagon”). Hexagon products and licensed materials of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) (“Esri Materials”) combine to make “Hexagon Solutions.” This Addendum is applicable to User if User has obtained one or more Hexagon Solutions.
