This Agreement for the Installation of Emergency Services Internet Protocol Network (“ESInet”), and Next Generation Core Services (“NGCS”) Requirement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Escambia County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), and NGA 911, LLC, a California limited liability company (“NGA 911”). Escambia County and NGA 911 are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
