This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is dated this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the Chino Valley Independent Fire District (the “CVIFD” or the “District”), a California fire protection district formed under the authority of the Health and Safety Code, and Consolidated Fire Agencies (the “CONFIRE”). The CVIFD and CONFIRE may be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
