This Master Software License and Support Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Public Sector, Inc., a Virginia corporation, with offices at 2111 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 920, Arlington, VA 22201 (“AvePoint”), and the company or entity, as identified in the signature block below, using certain of AvePoint’s Licensed Property (“Customer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
