Thank you for your interest in the Popmoney® Personal Payments Service (“Popmoney”). As referenced herein, Popmoney is offered by CheckFreePay Corporation and CheckFreePay Corporation of New York, who are referred to collectively as “we, “our,” and “us” in this Agreement. Popmoney is also offered by certain financial institutions, as described below. Popmoney will enable your donors to make donations to you by clicking on links from your Web site to the Popmoney Web site, Popmoney.com, and enrolling to send money to you. Where Popmoney is made available by financial institutions, Popmoney will also enable such customers to make donations to you through those financial institutions that allow for such donations. The purpose for this Agreement is to communicate several important obligations regarding your use of Popmoney. References to “you” and “your” in this Agreement refer to the non-profit organization that you represent, not you, personally.
