The overall Arthur Ditch project will replace the three separate segments of the existing Arthur Ditch concrete box culvert. This project is city funded but the plans will generally follow the CDOT format. The three locations are at the intersection of Oak Street & Whitcomb Street, Olive Street & Loomis Avenue, and Canyon Avenue between Mulberry Street & Magnolia Street. The Canyon Avenue location includes the portion of Arthur ditch under the Mulberry Pool parking lot. All three locations are within the city Old Town Basin floodplain. Specific scope items are covered below.
