This document sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of natural gas service from Stream Energy New Jersey, LLC (“Stream”) for residential or small business natural gas services, as applicable. The terms “includes” or “including” shall mean “including without limitation.” For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “Customer” or “you” or “your” shall mean: for residential service, the person whose name appears on the bill for service under this Agreement, or an authorized agent thereof; for small business service, the person or entity whose name appears on the bill for service under this Agreement, or an authorized agent thereof.
