This Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of , 2020 between Harm Reduction Therapeutics, Inc., a nonstock Maryland not-for-profit corporation (“HRT”), and Purdue Pharma L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“PPLP”). (As used herein, each of HRT and PPLP is referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”)
